About Us

Chef Paul Farias is a Phoenix native that has spent years applying his trade in some of the Valley’s best restaurants. Chef Farias enrolled at at Le Cordon Bleu Scottsdale in 2009 while beginning his career at the Crowne Plaza San Marcos as a Line Cook. After moving around several valley hotels and restaurants Chef Farias left District American Kitchen in Phoenix to work for Executive Chef Mike Wahlberg at Vintage 95 in Chandler. Chef Farias succeeded Wahlberg at Vintage 95 until leaving in 2017 to pursue other projects. Chef Farias credits his family, especially his Grandmothers, for inspiring his passion for food and the menus at CaterAZ.
